Manage records retention requirements
Mitech Systems will work with you to establish records retention criteria for your documents. When document information has been input to RecordsTracker, the system will automatically calculate retention requirements to assure compliance. Document destruction will not occur until it is approved by you or your authorised representative
Access Authorisation
RecordsTracker lets you control who can view records. The software is strictly permission based so that you control what your personnel can view, change or request.

You can also see which files have been retrieved regularly and decide whether it would be more cost effective to digitise the file for future use.
