We will discuss the following issues:

• Examine whether you would like your boxes stored, scanned or a mixture of both
• Where your boxes are currently stored
• How many you have and sizes
• General condition of boxes and documents
• Will filing cabinets need to be cleaned out and boxed
• How often you retrieve from the boxes
• What method of indexing you use for your files
• Retention and destruction plans

Next, we will send you an agreement that spells out our, and your responsibilities. We then schedule a time convenient to you to pickup your inventory.

All boxes enter our facility, we will index them or use your existing index to associate a bacode with the box description. The location of your boxes can be random. That little secret is held in our software.

We will ask you which individuals in your company have access and retrieval rights to your assets, and we strictly maintain that confidence.

You no longer have to worry about your documents and records. We collect, index, store and bring them back to you when you need them!
